Quality
At ALUXO, quality is our top priority. We thoroughly quality-test our products to ensure they perform as beautifully as they look.
Your ALUXO bag is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship. This includes issues like broken zippers or hardware due to a manufacturing fault.
All warranty claims are assessed to determine the best solution. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion to ensure your bag continues to perform as intended.
Please note, our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including cracking leather paint, scratches, or stains

Neglect, improper use, or abrasion

Accidental damage or misuse

Exposure to extreme temperatures or water damage

Natural deterioration of fittings and materials over time

Sample bags, final sale items, secondhand bags, or any bags that have been modified after purchase
Warranty claims require proof of purchase from our ALUXO website. To make a claim, please email support@aluxobags.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can assist.
Faults
We conduct a thorough check of your item/s before they are sent out, and do our best to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition.
If for some reason you discover an imperfection or missing item upon receipt of the bag, please email us at support@aluxobags.com within the first 14-days, with your order number, and a photo of your item. Please note, waiting weeks to let us know about a mark on the bag will be deemed as post-purchase wear and are not covered by our warranty.
However, we’re always happy to provide advice and support on caring for and cleaning your bag.
