Quality

At ALUXO, quality is our top priority. We thoroughly quality-test our products to ensure they perform as beautifully as they look.

Our 12-month warranty

Your ALUXO bag is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship, such as broken zips or hardware due to a manufacturing fault. Warranty claims require proof of purchase from the ALUXO website.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email support@aluxobags.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
  2. We'll review your claim and get back to you.
  3. We may ask you to send the bag back so we can inspect it.
  4. If we confirm a manufacturing fault, we'll repair, replace or refund, and we'll cover reasonable return postage, either with a prepaid label or by reimbursing you.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including cracking leather paint, scratches, or stains

  • Neglect, improper use, or abrasion

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or water damage

  • Natural deterioration of fittings and materials over time

  • Sample bags, final sale items, secondhand bags, or any bags that have been modified after purchase

Faults on arrival

We conduct a thorough check of your item/s before they are sent out, and do our best to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. 

If for some reason you discover an imperfection or missing item upon receipt of the bag, please email us at support@aluxobags.com within the first 14-days, with your order number, and a photo of your item. Please note, waiting weeks to let us know about a mark on the bag will be deemed as post-purchase wear and are not covered by our warranty.

However, we’re always happy to provide advice and support on caring for and cleaning your bag.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
