Quality Policy


At ALUXO quality is our top priority. We have thoroughly quality tested our products and hope you love them as much as we do. 

In case of any manufacturer faults, ALUXO bags are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers hardware and manufacturer defects on items purchased through our ALUXO website. Unfortunately we cannot replace, refund or repair products that you do not have a direct proof of purchase from the ALUXO website.

If an issue presents itself within the first 30 days from purchase, we will arrange a replacement or refund. After that, in line with our environmental policy, we will repair where possible.

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear (including cracking leather paint, scratches, or stains), neglect, improper use, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, accidents, or the natural deterioration of fittings and material over time. Nor does it cover sample bags, final sale items, secondhand bags, or any bags that undergo any type of modification.



We conduct a thorough check of your item/s before they are sent out, and do our best to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. 

If for some reason you discover an imperfection or missing item upon receipt of the bag, please email us at hello@aluxobags.com within the first 14-days, with your order number, and a photo of your item. Please note, waiting weeks to let us know about a mark on the bag will be deemed as a post purchase situation and not the responsibility of ALUXO.

However we will of course do our best to provide support and advice when it comes to caring for and cleaning your bag.
