Returns & Refund Policy
Returns for Change of Mind
We understand shopping online can sometimes be tricky. Whilst we are confident you will love your ALUXO item/s, if for some reason you are unhappy, we will gladly offer a refund (less original shipping cost) with the following criteria being met:
- Change of mind returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your ALUXO order number, name of the item you wish to return, and reason for the return.
- Your item/s must be returned in its original packaging, with dust cover bag, brand new, unworn, undamaged and with its original tags still attached, in protective postal packaging. Please send your parcel within 30 days of your original order date and share tracking information with us at email@example.com.
- Returns of items that have the tags removed will not be accepted.
- It's important to use the original packaging when returning items, to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.
- We do not offer free returns, therefore return postage must be covered by the buyer.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your goods, to advise if you will be returning your goods and then please follow our instructions for return address. Be sure to include your name and order number on your parcel so we can quickly identify you and speed up the refund process.
- We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier service to return your item/s, as we can not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Please share all tracking information with us once sent so we can easily identify your return.
- Refunds are to the value of the item/s purchased, and exclude the cost of shipping (shipping cost will not be refunded).
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
